Latest shooting death in Alexandria is 4th homicide of the year

WASHINGTON — Police are investigating a shooting death in Alexandria that happened early Saturday morning.

Saquan Hall, 23, of Alexandria was found by Alexandria police on the 1000 block of First Street at about 3:33 a.m. Hall had trauma to the upper body and he was transported to an area hospital where he died, according to the police statement.

This is the fourth homicide in Alexandria this year.
