Donald Trump schedules rally in Roanoke

ROANOKE, Va. (AP) — Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has scheduled a rally in Roanoke.

The Trump campaign has announced that the rally will take place at the Berglund Center on Saturday. Doors will open at 3 p.m.

The Roanoke Times (http://bit.ly/2d9juSZ ) reports that during Trump’s previous visit to Roanoke on July 25, he criticized Sen. Tim Kaine, whom Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton had just named as her running mate.

Trump’s trip to Roanoke follows recent campaign visits from Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea Clinton, and Time Kaine’s wife and former Virginia Secretary of Education, Anne Holton.
