WASHINGTON — Virginia police officers are looking for a teenager who was last seen in Henrico County.
Jasmine Nicole Keefer, 15, is described as having hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants, black shoes, and a black backpack with a galaxy scene printed on the rear of the bag.
Keefer has a tattoo of a heart design on her upper left chest and a tattoo of a skull on her left middle finger. She has a piercing on the left side of her nose and two hoop rings on her lips. According to police, Keefer needs medication that she doesn’t have with her.
