    Yes they can
    If the employee has been disciplined multiple times for hygienic issues, they face other charges.
    - Multiple verbals for not correcting their issues to the hygiene problem as it disrupts work, makes customers angry, lose business to hygiene problems
    - Multiple written warnings
    - Suspension without pay for failing to abide to warnings
    - Maybe more suspensions
    - Reprimanded
    - Terminated
