Woman critically injured in hit-and-run in Oxon Hill

WASHINGTON — A woman is in critical condition after being struck by a car in Oxon Hill, Maryland, Thursday morning.

Around 4 a.m. the woman was found with critical injuries in the 8300 block of Md. 210/Indiana Head Highway at Palmer Road/Livingston Road.

Prince George’s County police spokesman Tyler Hunter says it appears the woman was struck in the roadway.

The driver did not remain on the scene and police are working to locate that person.

Drivers should expect delays.

Northbound Md. 210/Indian Head Highway remains closed at Palmer Road/Livingston Road.
