Missing 11-year-old Hyattsville boy found

UPDATE: Hyattsville police say that Marquell Raynard Boy has been found.

He was walking near 40th Place and Kennedy Street Friday morning.

EARLIER:

WASHINGTON – Hyattsville police are asking for help finding an 11-year-old boy classified as a “critical missing juvenile.”

Police say Marquell Raynard Boyd was last seen in the area of Nicholas Orem Middle School located at 6100 Editor’s Park Drive in Hyattsville around 7 p.m. Thursday.

Boyd is 4-foot-2-inches tall and weighs 60 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue GAP sweatshirt with a white polo shirt underneath, khaki pants and an orange “Wolverine” backpack.

Boyd has Russell-Silver Syndrome and must consume 2,000 calories a day to avoid medical complications, according to police.
