WASHINGTON — Police are searching for a dog that was stolen during a break-in at a Prince George’s County apartment Wednesday.

A suspect broke into an apartment in the 7000 block of Hanover Parkway some time between 10:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Wednesday and stole 10-year-old Arwyn, according to police.

The suspect also took a diamond ring, a laptop and a Kindle Fire.

“Please help us find Arwyn and bring her back to her worried owner,” police wrote in a release.

Police did not release information about Arwyn’s breed or size.
