WASHINGTON — D.C. police officers need help finding a man in connection with a first-degree sexual assault that occurred along the 1300 block of Talbert Terrace in Southeast D.C.
A woman was sexually assaulted at 2 a.m., August 3. The suspect is described as a black man, 5’6″ and weighing 170 pounds. Police say he has a dark complexion, full beard, short hair and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

A reward of up to $1,000 is offered to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the sexual assault.
