ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Police and fire officials say a man was seriously injured after he fell from a third-floor balcony at public housing community in Annapolis.
Annapolis police were called to the Harbour House community about 6:10 p.m. Wednesday and found a 52-year-old man on the ground, bleeding from his head.
Officers say witnesses told them the man had climbed up the side of the building and fell when he reached the third floor.
