Weekly Crime Report: May 26 to June 3

The most recent 2nd District crime summary includes this bank robbery, an indecent exposure incident and a burglary at a kiosk in Westfield Montgomery:

bank robbery occurred at Wells Fargo Bank, 7901 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda on Wednesday, 5/28 at 3:50 p.m.

Suspect: B/M, 35ish, 5’7″/170 lbs, mustache, wearing a Ravens hat 

residential burglary occurred in the 8800 block of Spring Valley Road in Chevy Chase on May 27 between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

Three of the four vehicle-related thefts occurred overnight between Thursday, 5/29 and Friday, 5/30 in the Homewood section of Kensington. None of the vehicles (on Plyers Mill Road, Ferndale Street, and Edgewood Drive) were locked and loose items were taken.

sex assault occurred in the 4700 block of Bradley Boulevard in Bethesda on Tuesday, 5/27 at an unknown time. No further details are available at this time.

An indecent exposure occurred in the 5200 block of Wissioming Road in Bethesda on Tuesday, 5/27 at approximately 3:20 p.m. The suspect exposed himself to the victim, then fled.

Suspect: W/M, dirty blond hair

commercial burglary occurred at Master Pierce Piercing, Montgomery Mall in Bethesda on Tuesday, 5/27 around 6 a.m. Entry was forced into a kiosk and property was taken.
