WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. police say they’ve arrested an adult and a juvenile in a fatal shooting in northeast Washington.
Thirty-three-year-old Rashard Raigns was shot in the early morning hours of June 4. He was found dead on a sidewalk from a gunshot wound.
Police say they arrested an adult male on Tuesday and charged him with felony murder while armed. Then, on Wednesday, members of a fugitive task force arrested a juvenile male who faces the same charge. Police have not identified either suspect or detailed a motive in the slaying.
