WASHINGTON — For lovers of Nutella, Carvel ice is hoping you lick up its latest treats. The ice cream company has a line of treats, including soft ice cream and hand-scooped ice cream, that will feature the hazelnut spread.
Here’s what the company says will be offered from June 30 to Sept. 30:
- Chocolate ice cream layered with Nutella hazelnut spread and Carvel crunchies, then topped with Nutella;
- Soft-serve ice cream made with Nutella;
- A sundae called the Sundae Dasher with Banana that featuers layers of soft-serve made with Nutella and crunchies and topped off with whipped cream and Nutella.
Carvel has seven locations in Maryland and one in Northern Virginia.
