Montgomery County students rally for achievement

WASHINGTON – Students from close to a dozen schools in Montgomery County took to the streets Sunday in a show of support for closing a persistent achievement gap that seems to affect minority students.

The students marched from the Board of Education building to the courthouse in Rockville, Md. Sunday, WTOP’s Kate Ryan reports.
