WASHINGTON — A car carrying two adults and an eight-month-old baby went up in flames early Saturday morning after it was hit by another driver who fled the scene on foot in Rockville, Md.
Montgomery County Fire says the incident occurred around 1 a.m. in Rockville at Aspen Hill Road and Parkland Drive. Firefighters quickly put the blaze out.
The victims were taken to a trauma center with serious injuries.
