Police are investigating an apparent kidnapping attempt at a North Bethesda apartment that also involved a car collision at Tuckerman Lane and Rockville Pike.
Montgomery County Police say the child involved in the incident has been located unharmed. Detectives and K-9 units are on the scene in the 5200 block of Tuckerman Lane.
The incident appears to be related to a hit-and-run car crash at the south intersection of Tuckerman Lane and Rockville Pike, which has part of Tuckerman closed off.
MCFRS units are also on the scene because of a fire alarm that went off in the apartment building.
