A crash involving a tractor trailer this morning has the two right lanes of the Beltway inner loop closed near Bethesda this morning.
The crash occurred shortly before 5 a.m. between Rockville Pike and Connecticut Avenue.
The lanes are closed as crews deal with a fuel spill.
