Montgomery County Public Schools superintendent Dr. Joshua Starr will be in Bethesda on Monday to discuss the state of the school system and his educational priorities.
Starr will speak at the monthly meeting of the Western Montgomery Citizens Advisory Board, which is open to the public. Guest speakers at the meetings typically take questions from both the Board members and residents in the audience.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center (4805 Edgemoor Lane).
Recent advisory board and committee meetings have touched on Montgomery College, overcrowding in Bethesda’s three school clusters and the addition planned for Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.
