WASHINGTON – A Metrobus hit a pedestrian in downtown D.C. Thursday morning, D.C. police say.
The Washington Post reports the accident happened at about 8 a.m. The man was conscious and breathing after being hit in the 700 block of H Street in Northwest, and was taken to a hospital.
The Post says it was not clear if the man was in a crosswalk when hit by the bus. Police said the scene was cleared shortly before 10 a.m.
