WASHINGTON – Police have arrested a man from Upper Marlboro for a sexual offense involving a teenager.
Prince George’s police say Cletus Chidex Okoro, 54, approached a male teenager in the 7300 block of Landover Road. Okoro was driving a Lincoln Navigator at the time and offered the teenager money if he agreed to wash Okoro’s car, luring the teenager into the vehicle.
Okoro drove to a nearby car wash, where he committed a sexual offense on the teenager, police say. Afterwards, Okoro returned him to the 7300 block of Landover Road.
Police have charged Okoro with a third-degree sex offense and sexual solicitation of a minor. Investigators are urging anyone with information about the case or Okoro to contact them.
