WASHINGTON – Police have taken a man into custody after a standoff at the Belle Haven Marina in Alexandria Friday night.
Witnesses say the man fired shots at the marina, but police have not confirmed it.
Police say they were able to take the man into custody without incident or injury to himself or to police on the scene.
