WASHINGTON – Six Flags will debut a new ride next year that drops people six stories, partly through total darkness, and then plunges them into water.
The Bonzai Pipelines is a new take on the traditional waterslide. It’s a tube that riders enter, the floor drops out, and takes them through drops, twists, turns and complete black.
The ride, located in the park’s Hurricane Harbor water park, will stand about 64 feet tall and have six individual tubes for different riders.
