Carr Properties has lined up $57 million in financing for construction of downtown Bethesda’s first new trophy building in a decade.
Cassidy Turley secured the construction financing for Carr from Wells Fargo.
4500 East West Highway will be a 220,000-square-foot office building a block from the Bethesda Metro station.
Completion of the project is expected in 2014.
