The Kennedy Center’s week-long “Look Both Ways: Street Arts Across America” festival thru May 12. It means street arts of all kinds — all about town — including large-scale spectacles, street musicians, parade culture, puppetry, circus arts, chalk drawings, clowning, and more are invading DC neighborhoods with pop-up performances and events this week and they are all FREE!!
