SILVER SPRING, Md. — Montgomery County Police say a missing 8-year-old girl is safe and back with her family.
Londin Marshall was found Tuesday morning in the same apartment complex where she was reported missing Monday night.
Police Monday night asked the public for help to locate her.
She was last seen leaving her family’s apartment in the 1200 block of Blair Mill Road around 4:30 p.m. Monday.
Police from the outset said there was not evidence of foul play, but tell WTOP they think the little girl tried to avoid being found.
