DEALE, Md. – Imagine getting a call from your child’s school hearing that your child’s name was on a hit list?
Officials at Deale Elementary School in Anne Arundel County say a 4th grader made a hit-list containing the names of 35 students at the school.
The list originally appeared to have been marked with the words “kill list,” but that was erased and replaced with the words “people mean to me,” ABC 7 reports.
School officials contacted police.
The parents of the 35 elementary school students who were on the list were contacted to inform them about the matter.
The name of singer Justin Bieber also was on the list.
