THURSDAY:
Morning sun turns to clouds;

You’ll feel the change out the door this morning with temperatures in the 40s and wind chills in the 30s. Morning sun will give way to clouds this afternoon with a passing shower possible. The bigger story today will be the cooler air that has settled into the region. After 6 days of highs in the 60s, plan for highs in the low 50s for many with wind chills in the 40s most of the day.

THURSDAY NIGHT:
Clouds early then clearing
Lows: 34-44
Wind Chills: 20s
Winds: West 5-15, Gusts 25 mph
It will be a cold and breezy night, so dress warmly, if you’ll be out. Clouds will give way to clearing skies after midnight. Air temperatures will remain above freezing, but the wind will make it feel like the 20s! 

FRIDAY:
Partly sunny, windy, cold
Scattered rain, snow showers
Highs: 40s
Winds: West 10-20, Gusts to 30 mph +
Brisk westerly winds are set to make for a chilly end to the work and school week. While measurable snow is possible far west over the mountains, a few flurries and rain showers may make it to the metro area. 

SATURDAY:
Partly sunny, breezy
Highs: 50-55
Winds: West 10-20, Gusts to 25 mph
Plan for a breezy day with highs in the 50s. Winds are set to ease by evening making for a cool, yet comfortable evening for outdoor activities.

SUNDAY:
Partly to mostly sunny
Highs: mid 50s
Winds: West 8-12 mph
The end of the weekend will bring less wind and cool highs in the 50s.
