WASHINGTON — Friends in low places just lost to weather in snow places.
Royal Farms Arena has postponed this weekend’s Garth Brooks shows due to impending weather.
The venue tweeted the announcement Thursday morning:

The Friday, Jan. 22nd 7 p.m. show will now be rescheduled for Sunday, Jan. 31st at 3 p.m.
The Saturday, Jan. 23rd 7 p.m. show will now be rescheduled for Sunday, Jan. 31 at 7 p.m.
All tickets will be honored for the new date and times.
The country legend remains the second highest selling artist of all time, behind only The Beatles.
