Coming up on Saturday morning September 28th at National's Park! The Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind's 3rd Annual Light The Way 5 K. And this year in addition to runners and walkers being invited to take part -- so are those in wheelchairs. Light The Way 5K is a family friendly event. It's a competitive timed 5K USATF certified course or, you can walk or roll on the same scenic 5K route. You also have the opportunity to guide someone who is blind or visually impaired as they run or walk. And you can enjoy a victory lap on the warning track of Nationals Park.
