WASHINGTON – Police say a missing Germantown woman has been found safe.
Monali Parikh, 24, had last been seen Tuesday leaving her house in the 18000 block of Cottage Garden Drive in Germantown for an appointment in Arlington, Va. at the Art Institute of Washington.
