EARLIER: WASHINGTON — A Silver Alert was issued for an 80-year-old Baltimore County woman on Tuesday evening.
Dorothy Borgen Kinsey was last seen shortly after noon in the Parkville neighborhood of the county, a news release says. She was wearing a purple rain coat, purple hat, white sweater and black pants.
She is described at 5-feet and about 120 pounds.
Authorities say she may be driving a white, 4-door 2007 Pontiac G6 with Maryland tags, LHG961.
