Police identify Rosedale slaying victims

ROSEDALE, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County Police have identified the two people slain in an apartment in Rosedale.

Officers said Tuesday that 39-year-old Charles William Mitter and 26-year-old Tyray Avia Wise were attacked in their apartment early Monday. Mitter was pronounced deceased at the scene; Wise died at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Police had been called to the apartment for a reported stabbing.

Detectives say the suspects targeted the victims and there is no danger to the community.
