DAMASCUS, Md. – Police in Montgomery County are investigating acts of vandalism in Damascus, including a series of car break-ins and bicycle thefts.
The vandalism occurred over the weekend in the Plantations II neighborhood, and police say they have surveillance video showing three suspects trying to open car doors.
Police say vehicle or garage doors were left open in each instance of reported theft.
Police are investigating nine car break-ins, vandalism to about eight mailboxes and several bicycle thefts.
