VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) — Virginia Beach residents and commuters can watch the progress of a bridge replacement project online.
The city has installed a time-lapse camera that shows construction of the new $78 million Lesner Bridge over the Lynnhaven Inlet.
Media outlets report that the video will be updated in half-hour segments.
The bridge project began in June and is expected to be completed in 2017.
