Chesapeake police tell media outlets that Clancy Dan Starling, 40, was last seen Monday. He was wearing a white tank top under a white T-shirt, blue shorts and white tennis shoes.
Starling was serving a 15-year sentence after he violated probation on burglary and larceny convictions, and a two-year sentence for grand larceny.
He is described as 5-foot-8, 150 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tribal tattoo on his right shoulder, a half-sleeve tattoo on his arm and a sun tattoo on his neck.
