National Kidney Fund to move to Bethesda

The American Kidney Fund has signed a lease to move its headquarters from Rockville to north Bethesda.

The nonprofit will lease 26,180 square feet at Montrose Metro I, a five-story office building at 11921 Rockville Pike. In a statement, fund CEO Donald J. Roy Jr. said key factors in the decision were the site’s closeness to White Flint Metro station, revitalization efforts aimed at Rockville Pike and the building’s visibility.

The fund is relocating from 6110 Executive Blvd. It was represented by Transwestern agents Scott Randloph and Keith Foery, who announced the deal Thursday. Bob Dickman, of McShea & Co. Inc., represented landlord TA Associates Realty.
