10 years later: The invasion of Iraq

The invasion of Iraq, 10 years ago, lead to more than 4,000 American deaths, 32,000 Americans wounded and more than 100,000 Iraqis dead. And, as the anniversary approaches, Americans are once again asking if those costs were worth it.

For the wounded troops, the recovery is often about more than just physical and emotional injuries. It’s also about overcoming the stigma often placed on returning trooops.
