DALE CITY, Va. – Prince William County teachers plan to protest the proposed school budget. They will rally Friday afternoon at the corner of Minnieville Road and Prince William Parkway.
Under Superintendent Steven L. Walts’ five year plan, teachers would not get a pay raise until 2016, Inside NOVA reports.
