WASHINGTON — A man is dead after a crash in Northeast D.C. Wednesday morning.
A vehicle crashed and caught fire near the intersection of H and 14 streets in Northeast at about 3 a.m. One man is dead following the crash, but D.C. officials have not yet released information about his identity.
The crash spread debris across H Street between 12th Street and Benning Road.
Authorities closed some lanes in the area through the morning. All lanes reopened by 8:45 a.m.
