Get ready to roll up your sleeve! WTOP is teaming up with Adventist HealthCare and M&T Bank to offer FREE flu shots as part of Adventist HealthCare’s Pop-up Health event. Stop by the event for a free Zumba class, wellness activities and 103 free flu shots!

- Flu shots: 4-7 p.m. (while supplies last)
- Zumba Class: 6-7 p.m.

- You may not get the shot if you are allergic to eggs; have a fever; are under age 18 or have Gillian Barre Syndrome
