WASHINGTON — The most expensive residential real estate sale in March in the D.C. area was a six-bedroom, 11,000-square-foot colonial built in 1913. It was recently completely renovated and sold for $5.35 million, $400,000 less than its original list price.
The home, at 5215 Edgemoor Lane, just blocks from Bethesda Row, was listed Nov. 1, 2017, according to listing service Bright MLS.
Four of the 10 most expensive residential sales in March were in the D.C. area, two in Bethesda, two in Chevy Chase, one in Potomac and one in McLean.
