WASHINGTON — The most expensive residential real estate sale in D.C. in January was a nine-bedroom mansion at 3053 P St. Northwest, on a prominent corner in Georgetown’s East Village that sold for $7.365 million.
The final sales price was also nearly 16 percent less than its original list price of $8.750 million.
The three-story home was built in 1875.
Five of the 10 most expensive residential sales in the Washington region in January were in the McLean, Virginia area. Three were in D.C. One was in Potomac, Maryland, and one was in Alexandria.
