The police received additional information on Thursday and determined that Naseem may be in need of assistance, which qualifies him as being endangered.

Naseem Isiah Roulack is described as black, 14 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and 160 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes and a scar on his upper left arm. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt.
