Postal Service looking for suspect who stole from letter carrier

The U.S. Postal Service is looking for person who stole from a letter carrier in Prince George’s County, Maryland, on Friday.

It happened around 1 p.m. within the 1700 block of Dutch Village Drive in Landover.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service said the suspect displayed a firearm and took USPS property.

The letter carrier was not injured.

The suspect is described as approximately 20 years old, 6 feet tall and 170 pounds. He had short hair and was wearing a black hoodie with white lettering on the back, as well as black pants and black-and-white shoes.



He was last seen leaving in a black four-door sedan with tinted windows.

Anyone with information is asked to call the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 877-876-2455.
