It’s all (natural) Greek to Stergios Tatsis

Stergios Tatsis of Domaine Tatsis produces traditional Greek wines from the unique terroir of the Goumenissa appellation. Together with his brother Periklis, they farm about 14 hectares, making natural wines mainly from two indigenous varieties, Xinomavro and Negoska. But isn’t all wine natural?
