Jason Fraley interviews Oscar-nominated filmmaker Raoul Peck, who visits the Double Exposure Investigative Film Festival in Washington D.C. tomorrow night to screen his new documentary “Ernest Cole: Lost and Found” narrated by LaKeith Stanfield about the South African photographer who exposed the horrors of Apartheid. They also discuss Peck’s 2016 masterpiece “I Am Not Your Negro,” which explored the history of race in America by combining Samuel J. Jackson’s narration with the powerful words of James Baldwin — and how both documentaries are timely after this week’s presidential election. (Theme Music: Scott Buckley’s “Clarion”)
