On a per-share basis, the Rosemont, Illinois-based company said it had net income of $3.49. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $4.19 per share.
The circuit protection manufacturer posted revenue of $738.8 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in September, Littelfuse expects its per-share earnings to range from $4.85 to $5.05.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $780 million to $800 million for the fiscal third quarter.
