On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had profit of 12 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, came to 24 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 24 cents per share.
The commercial real estate mortgage origination and finance company posted revenue of $113.4 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $57.8 million.
