On a per-share basis, the Calgary, Alberta-based company said it had net income of 36 cents.
The oil company posted revenue of $7.81 billion in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $2.81 billion, or $1.54 per share. Revenue was reported as $35.57 billion.
