The Atlanta-based company said it had net income of 68 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 56 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $77.9 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $21.3 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $101.3 million, or $1.32 per share. Revenue was reported as $75.4 million.
