The New Albany, Ohio-based company said it had a loss of 14 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and to account for discontinued operations, were 9 cents per share.
The supplier of products for heavy duty trucks posted revenue of $172 million in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $161.6 million.
Commercial Vehicle Group expects full-year revenue in the range of $650 million to $670 million.
